Contact Us

To place an order with us, simply contact us by email, phone or mail with your request and we will contact you with a quote and more information. In order to provide an accurate quote, we prefer to see the image(s) and get a detailed description of what you would like done. You can email a small file to us or mail your photos to the address below. If you prefer to get a quote before sending your originals, you could send a color or bw copy instead and your originals could be sent after the quote is agreed to.

We use Paypal to process online payment with credit cards. When you agree to the quote, we will charge 20% of the cost to begin work. We will email a link to paypal for you to easily pay on the secure service. The remaining 80% will be charged when the work is completed and has been sent to you. Shipping and handling will be added to this charge.

What to send

You can send negatives, transparencies and prints for us to scan on our high quality Imacon or Scitex scanners. You could also have your originals scanned at your local imaging center and send them on cd or dvd.

What size files to send

The largest image size in inches that the file will be reproduced at 300ppi. Remember that enlarging a file that is too small will increasingly diminish the quality. Tiff, jpeg, psd, and eps are all good formats to use.

We will keep in touch with you while the work is being done and can send sample files so that you can see the progress. If you would like to make changes or add additional work you can do so during this time.
